How It Works
1. Submit your referral using the form below, telling us who you’d like to refer.
2. We get in touch with your colleague and introduce Atelerix.
3. They place their first order (online or offline).
4. You both receive £50 credit to use towards your next purchase.
Terms & Conditions
Eligibility – The scheme is open to existing Atelerix customers referring new academic research laboratories that have not previously purchased from Atelerix.
Qualifying Orders – The referred lab must place a paid first order (excluding free samples, pilots, or trials) for the referrer and referee to receive the £50 credit.
Credit Value – £50 credit is awarded to both referrer and referee after the qualifying order is confirmed and payment received.
Credit Redemption – Credits can be redeemed against future Atelerix purchases (online via discount code or offline via invoice adjustment).
Validity Period – Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.
Non-Transferable – Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or organisation, or used in conjunction with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Multiple Referrals – There is no limit to the number of labs you can refer, but each referred lab can only count once towards a reward.
Order Channels – Qualifying orders may be placed via the Atelerix website or directly with our sales team by email/quote.
Programme Changes – Atelerix reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
Disputes – In case of any dispute regarding the scheme, Atelerix’s decision is final.
