The Atelerix team were delighted to take part in ELRIG Drug Discovery 2025, held at the ACC in Liverpool on 21 and 22 October. Represented by Alastair Carrington, Steve Swioklo, Sophie Reay and Sophia Fosh, the team enjoyed two packed days of innovation, conversation and a few too many coffees, all in the name of advancing drug discovery.
From our booth and poster presentation to Steve Swioklo’s technology showcase talk, Atelerix was proud to highlight how our ambient temperature preservation technology is transforming the way researchers store and ship cells. Conversations with CROs, biotech partners and academics confirmed a growing appetite for alternatives to cold-chain logistics, along with plenty of curiosity about how Atelerix can make fresh sample transport far simpler and more reliable.
Beyond the buzz of the exhibition floor, ELRIG once again proved itself a vital meeting point for scientific progress. With new advances in cell biology, screening technologies and AI-driven discovery, the event underscored the importance of flexible, robust sample handling, an area where Atelerix continues to enable breakthroughs rather than bottlenecks.
In short, two days, countless insights and even more proof that preserving life does not have to mean freezing it.
We look forward to ELRIG Drug Discovery 2026!
