QUICK AND EASY TO USE

Encapsulate your sample by simply adding a gel concentrate to your leukapheresis material and transferring to a bag containing gelation beads. After a few minutes, the apheresis material with gel in situ and is ready for storage or shipment. When ready to be used a gentle Dissolution Buffer is added to dissolve the gel, the beads are filtered out and the apheresis material ready to use.

APPLICATIONS

Preserve T cell viability

LeukoStor™ preserves T-cell yield and viability after 5 days of storage at 25°C. Left - Total T-cell yield (CD3+ cells as a % of total single CD45+ cells) at day 5 following storage was improved by LeukoStor compared to the no-gel control (NGC) which represented non-manipulated LRSC material. Right - The quality of T cells from leukocone material (used as an apheresis starting material surrogate) severely deteriorated when left unprotected over 5 days at 25°C.

Post-rest recovery of PBMCs isolated from leukocone material after storage in LeukoStor for 5 days at 25C. LeukoStor improves the post-rest recovery, viability, and metabolic activity of PBMCs compared to the no-gel control.
